Refund and Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
At Supreme Tech USA®, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return for a refund within 30 days of your invoice date. To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The item is not a custom-made, special order, discontinued, or "final sale" product, as these are ineligible for return or cancellation.

Inspection and Restocking
All returns must include their original packaging. Please note that missing parts, accessories, or manuals will result in a partial refund. The final credit amount will be determined following a formal inspection of the returned merchandise by our quality control team.
Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products. You may use the carrier of your choice; however, Supreme Tech USA® is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit to our facilities. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or applied as a store credit for future purchases. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your financial statement.
Policy Updates
Supreme Tech USA® reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to all orders placed on or after the effective date of the revised policy.
